No audiophile or record enthusiast’s coffee table is complete without a book of album cover art. I was given a classic copy of the Album Cover Album, edited and compiled by legendary album cover designers Roger Dean and Storm Thorgeson, as a passing gift from an ex. Possibly the finest pity gift I ever received. One thing’s for sure though, my flimsy copy isn’t a scratch on this newly updated hardback edition. Each spread has been specifically chosen with theme in mind - the covers on display ranging from world renowned bands of the 50s, 60s and 70s, to those you never even knew existed.
