 19/05/2008 And so we continue our coverage of T4 On The Beach, taking place this July in Weston-super-Mare; home to such delights as The Helicopter Museum and the Weston Miniature Railway.
Of course, this being T4 On The Beach, Weston-super-Mare is also one of the countries best-loved spots for sunny beaches; well, at least when the sun is out - which we pray it will be when the annual music event takes place.
Time to cut to the chase. Joining the likes of The Hoosiers, Lightspeed Champion, Scouting For Girls, Robyn, and The Feeling, will be Brit Award winning soulstress (sic) Adele, Indie boys the Pigeon Detectives, Sam Sparro and… McFly! WOOPEE!
Over thirty acts will perform at the event, taking place on Sunday 20th July and broadcast live on Channel 4’s T4. As usual, the likes of Welsh lothario Steve Jones, the stunning Alexa Chung, and the awesome Miquita Oliver will present the festivities – with tickets for this years T4 On The Beach selling at a record rate.
