PLANETNOTION TELEVISION!
CAMERA-FOLK AND FILM EDITORS WANTED!
Planet Notion is looking for guys and dolls to film and edit features for its new TV channel, PNTV. Accompanying Notion to artist interviews, gigs, fashion shows, festivals and international events, you will be skilled, passionate and full of ideas about how to produce shit-hot video content. Camera-folk will be experienced and ideally have their own equipment, or at least access to equipment, while editors must be able to turn projects around quickly, and with stylistic flare. If you can both film and edit content, we would especially like to hear from you! These casual, unpaid positions would be ideal for those looking to develop their showreels, and to get the chance to travel, film major artists and top events.

Godskitchen's Birthday @ Air, Birmingham
30/09/2006
A few of us here at Notion decided to head over to Air for The Godskitchen birthday on Saturday 30th September, my god, it was mental. Considered by many as Godskitchen's most popular date in the clubbing calendar, the Godfather of house music Erick Morillo's 4hr set was the icing on the already tasty cake for this truly awesome event. Morillo has an amazing effect on the crowd when he starts his sets and, as expected they turned into a conglomerate of dancing lunatics within 60 seconds.

Thinking we'd hit the Nitrogen arena for a short break from party utopia we made our way upstairs, which took 15 minutes. Partly due to the whole club being jam packed; but mostly due to the fact that everyone seemed to be having it right off, regardless of weather they were on the dance floor, on the stairs, at the bar, on the toilet, or standing outside in the pouring rain. Every dam person within 100m of Air that night was grabbing the party bull by the bollocks, and properly going for it. This made us happy, very happy. So imagine our delight on entering the Nitrogen arena, to find it presented pumping electro and wasn't very chilled at all! Clubbing is dead? Yea right, and my mums a pineapple.
